1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you ("you" or

"User") and the TempMail development team ("we", "us" or "our") about your use

of the TempMail: Smart & Secure Mail mobile application ("TempMail" or "the

App").

BY DOWNLOADING, INSTALLING OR USING TEMPMAIL, YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE READ AND

AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE, DO NOT USE

THE APP AND UNINSTALL IT.

2. WHAT TEMPMAIL DOES

TempMail gives you free temporary email addresses:

- Create an address in one tap, or sign in to an address you made earlier.

- Read the mail that arrives, search it, mark it read or unread, and delete it.

- See verification codes and verification links found in mail, and copy them.

- Download attachments, and share a mail as an .eml file.

- Use as many addresses as you need, and switch between them.

- Get a notification when mail arrives (mail alerts), for 10 minutes at a time.

- Back up your addresses as text and restore them on another phone.

- Protect the App with an App lock, hide its content in the recent-apps view,

  block trackers in mail and clear copied codes from the clipboard.

TempMail can receive mail. It does not send mail.

3. THE MAIL SERVICE BEHIND THE APP

The addresses and the mail are made and kept by a third-party service, mail.tm.

TempMail is an independent app that uses that service; it is not made by, or

endorsed by, mail.tm. This means:

- We do not control mail.tm. It can change, limit or stop its service, delete

  addresses or mail, or refuse to make an address, at any time and without

  telling us.

- Addresses are temporary. An address, and the mail in it, may stop working or

  be deleted. We cannot restore them.

- Mail may arrive late, or not at all. Some websites and services refuse

  temporary addresses.

- Mail.tm's own terms and privacy policy apply to the service it provides. You

  are responsible for reading them.

4. LICENSE

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive,

non-transferable, revocable license to install and use TempMail on Android

devices that you own or control, for your own use.

You agree NOT to:

- Copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the App.

- Decompile, reverse engineer or try to extract the source code of the App,

  except where the law allows it despite this restriction.

- Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, abusive or unauthorised purpose.

- Use the App to make accounts in bulk, to get around a ban or a limit set by a

  website or service, to take part in fraud or spam, or to harass anyone.

- Bypass or interfere with the App's security, advertising or access controls.

- Sell, rent, lease or sublicense the App.

5. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- DO NOT USE A TEMPORARY ADDRESS FOR ANYTHING YOU CANNOT AFFORD TO LOSE. Do not

  use it for your bank, your main accounts, anything you may need to recover

  later, or anything confidential. Anyone who knows an address and its password

  can read its mail, and the mail service can see it.

- Keep your own backup of addresses you may need again. A backup without a

  password contains your addresses and passwords as plain text: keep it safe.

  If you lose an address and its password, nobody can get it back for you.

- Mail comes from people and companies we do not control. It may contain links,

  files or content that is unwanted, misleading or harmful. Think before you

  open links or attachments. The "Block trackers" setting helps, but cannot make

  a mail safe.

- Make sure you have the right to use the websites and services you sign up for

  with a temporary address, and that doing so does not break their rules or the

  law.

- You are responsible for what you do with the App and for keeping your phone

  secure.

6. DELETING YOUR DATA

Settings > Delete everything deletes every address in the App, and its mail,

from the mail service, and from your phone, after you confirm. Signing out of an

address removes it from your phone only. Uninstalling the App removes what the

App stored on your phone. Deleted mail and addresses cannot be recovered by us.

7. ADVERTISING AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

- The App shows ads served by Google AdMob. Where the law requires it, the App

  asks for your consent first.

- The App uses Google Firebase Remote Config for settings.

- We do not endorse or guarantee products or services shown in ads, and your

  dealings with advertisers are between you and them.

- Third-party services, including mail.tm, are subject to their own terms and

  privacy policies.

How we handle data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including its design, text, graphics, icons, code and documentation,

belongs to the TempMail development team or its licensors and is protected by

intellectual property laws. Open-source components in the App remain under

their own licenses. Mail you receive belongs to its senders. Except for the

license in Section 4, all rights are reserved.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TEMPMAIL IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS

AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING

WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND

NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT:

- THE APP OR THE MAIL SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE;

- ANY ADDRESS WILL KEEP WORKING, OR ANY MAIL WILL ARRIVE OR BE KEPT;

- ANY WEBSITE OR SERVICE WILL ACCEPT A TEMPORARY ADDRESS;

- A VERIFICATION CODE OR LINK SHOWN BY THE APP IS CORRECT OR SAFE; OR

- THE APP WILL WORK ON EVERY DEVICE MODEL OR ANDROID VERSION.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT,

INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF MAIL,

ADDRESSES, ACCOUNTS OR DATA, UNAUTHORISED ACCESS TO AN ADDRESS, DEVICE PROBLEMS,

OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE APP OR THE

MAIL SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED USD

$10.00.

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or liability that cannot be limited

under the law that applies to you.

11. TERMINATION

You may stop using TempMail at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or

end your license if you break these Terms. On termination your right to use the

App ends, and Sections 5, 8, 9, 10 and 13 continue to apply.

12. CHANGES TO THE APP AND TO THESE TERMS

We may change, suspend or stop the App or any of its features at any time. We

may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last

Updated" date at the top. If you keep using the App after an update, you accept

the updated Terms.

13. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of [YOUR COUNTRY OR STATE], without regard

to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the rights

that the mandatory laws of the place where you live give you.
